Help Please Sphere Server 0.56b, Нужна очень помощь! Опции

Читал как устанавливать сферу 0.56b все сделал правильно и везде пути прописал но сфера выдает такую ошибку:

ERROR:Please set AGREE=1 in the INI file to acknowledge that
you understand the terms for nightly builds
FATAL:Server terminated by error -3!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Что качается AGREE=1 - у меня вообще нет такой строки в Sphere.ini там только вот есть что:

А вот ошибочка FATAL:Server terminated by error -3! - Я так думаю что неправильно прописал пути дак вот они :
