You need to check your client files and make sure that your font files have these characters.

Download UO Fiddler, you can view & modify your client files with it. You'll have to look at Fonts tab. There must be several different unicode fonts. If none of them contains your characters, then you'll have to add images of these characters yourself...

How did you find this forum? The same way you can find UO Fiddler on the net.
I do not understand your second question. There are no error codes there, these are message strings in Chinese, I assume. If you want to change them, translate them to English or make your own error codes and replace Chinese with them?
P.S. If you can't figure out such simple things as, where to find UO Fiddler, or simply replacing Chinese strings by anything that suits you, you shouldn't try doing anything with Sphere 0.51 because it's way too complex for you.

You'd hire someone who can script for you. This will take ages because you haven't got a slightest clue about what's happening in your sphere scripts.
If you have money, create a new thread and ask for ppl who could write Sphere 51 scripts for you, for hire. If you have no money, learn it yourself by practice. It won't be easy because all available sphere documentation is based on Sphere 56.
